Its been almost 6 years since I ran (ran seriously) and since I'm home there is no excuse but to get out there and get rid of my extra tyre. 6 yrs ago I joined walk for life with my mom, now Mr Mateo is my running companion. Thankfully he is all to happy (thankfully he doesn't talk ha ha ha)
